Returns & Exchanges

It can always happen…
- Your wife/girlfriend/kids/friends bought the product that you just ordered yourself already.
- You actually preferred the other product or brand over the one you just bought.
- The package your product came in was damaged and you want to have a new product.

No problem, you can always return it as long as it is still in the unopened packaging.  

Send us an email at: returns@binkformen.com and explain what you would like us to do. We will give you further information on where to return it to and what the next steps are.

In the event of a return: We will credit the full amount of your purchase to your account once we have received your product in good shape. In the case of a products that has no seal, you will receive a store credit.
    Returns are accepted within 14 days. Shipping fees are not refundable.

In the event of damaged packaging: We will send you a new product after we have received yours. Your return shipping fee will be refunded.
    Notification of damaged packaging has to be within 3 days.
